IT processes audit

The goal of the project was to assess audit the maturity of information technology processes, compliance with business requirements and best practices. Such international standards like COBIT v.5, ITIL/ITSM, ISO 20000 were used to audit the Customer’s processes and their maturity.

During the project, 96 problems/findings were identified. The following deliverables were provided to the Customer:

List of necessary IT governance/management processes, their key properties, metrics and target maturity levels;
List of necessary changes to the current organizational structures, assignment of responsibilities between them and some new positions and structures;
List of required policies and needed changes in the existing policies and procedures.

All audit recommendations were included in the roadmap aligned with the company capabilities, so in 2 years the company should achieve the proper governance and management system for its IT.
